The provider agrees to provide two science lectures and hands-on experiences for one or more science classes at Booker Middle School, two guided nature walks for students and their families, and at least one interpretive field trip for Booker Middle School science teachers to an environmentally sensitive nature area during the 2006-2007 school year.

The provider also agrees to provide a Science Outreach for Students (SOS) Coordinator; to initiate science lectures by October 20, 2006, and complete all activities as outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding by May 27, 2007; and provider will bear the cost of fingerprinting/background checks of students.
